HOUSTON, Dec. 1 -- ENOC Processing Co. LLC (EPCL) has let an engineering, procurement, and construction management contract to a Foster Wheeler Ltd. subsidiary for a major upgrade of its 120,000 b/sd condensate refinery in Jebel Ali, Dubai (OGJ, Mar. 27, 2000, p. 59). The terms of the contract were not disclosed. The upgrade includes a 70,000 b/sd hydrotreater to process LPG and naphtha, a 36,000 b/sd crude catalytic reformer, and ancillary processing units plus associated new or revamped utilities and offsite...
